Your digital asset withdrawals may be banned for a few different reasons:
SIGN-IN FROM A NEW DEVICE
As a security measure, your digital assets will be suspended if we detect a sign-in from a new device. You will also receive an email with instructions to lift the suspension immediately. If no action is taken within 24 hours, your digital assets will automatically be re-enabled.
PENDING BANK TRANSFER (ACH)
If you recently made a deposit with a Bank Transfer (ACH), they are immediately available for trading but not for withdrawing. Until these funds fully clear (in 4-5 business days), your withdrawals will be temporarily disabled. You cannot withdraw funds until they have been received on our end.
RETURNED BANK TRANSFER (ACH)
In the event that your Bank Transfer (ACH) is unsuccessful, we will email you detailing the reason(s) why the deposit was returned to your bank. When your Bank Transfer (ACH) returns, we will require a wire transfer to both unfreeze your account and bring it back to good standing. To do this, you will need to send a wire of a disclosed amount to Gemini.
