Your digital asset withdrawals may be banned for a few different reasons:
SIGN-IN FROM A NEW DEVICE
As a security measure, upon a login from a new device/new browser/VPN/clearing cache, digital asset withdrawals will be suspended from the unauthorized device. An email is sent to your verified email address' inbox with the login information as well as instructions to authorizing your device. Please be sure to have email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to your verified email addresses contacts.
PENDING BANK TRANSFER (ACH)
If you recently made a deposit with a Bank Transfer (ACH), they are immediately available for trading but not for withdrawing. Until these funds fully clear (in 5 business days), your withdrawals will be temporarily disabled. You cannot withdraw funds until they have been received on our end.
RETURNED BANK TRANSFER (ACH)
In the event that your Bank Transfer (ACH) is unsuccessful, we will email you detailing the reason(s) why the deposit was returned to your bank. When your Bank Transfer (ACH) returns, we will require a wire transfer to both unfreeze your account and bring it back to good standing. To do this, you will need to send a wire of a disclosed amount to Gemini.
