If you cannot add or find your bank on the dropdown menu on the ‘Bank Settings’ page, then you must initiate a wire transfer to verify your bank.
Please note, you will also need to take this action if you are having difficulties adding your bank, regardless of its presence on the dropdown menu.
Please select "Do not see your bank on the list?" and click continue. You will be prompted for your bank credentials and will receive additional wire instructions. Next, contact your bank and tell them you'd like to make a wire deposit to Gemini's bank.
Your bank will wire funds to Gemini's bank. Once our bank receives these funds, we receive a notification and credit your Gemini account. If your bank is located in the U.S. you will be able to use the ACH transfer function with this bank account once the initial wire has been succeeded.
