If you cannot find your wire transfer, please double check the following:
- Confirm with your bank that the transfer was sent via wire (not bank transfer) if you’re located in the United States.
- Confirm with your bank that you chose the same day wire option, instead of the next day or 3-day wire option.
- If your an international customer, confirm with your bank if the wire may need to be processed through an FX desk. This can add another 1-2 days to transfer time.
If you did choose the next day or 3-day option, these funds never hit our account and we do not have control over when they get rejected. However, those funds should automatically be put back in your bank account in 4-5 business days.
One you confirm that the same-day option was chosen for your wire, please email email@example.com and provide a tracking number or federal reference number for the payment. We are happy to investigate the location of the wire.
